I been driving a Honda Civic hybrid here in L.A. traffic and have gotten good mileage and a free ride in the diamond lane. I'm moving to upstate New York soon where traffic is less of a problem and the need for a hybrid car is not so valuable. But my main concern is the cold weather and the negative effect on the battery and gas mileage. I'm wondering if I should sell the car before I move? I'd be happy to hear any cold-weather hybrid car experiences.Shiverin n Sheboygan

Just kidding about the name. I've been reading different sites, and it seems that hybrids have less efficiency in winter. But all cars do for that matter, so it is all relative. The batteries apparently hold up just fine.Post an Answer
